Clonepoint is a Free(Libre) clone of Gunpoint, a game in which you hack and punch your way to victory.

You can create your own Clonepoint levels with the Tiled map editor. See Modding.txt for more details.

It looks like one of those win98 games from back then but it's kind of funny so... yeah. thx.
